The Accounts Receivable Manager role is primarily responsible for managing the administration of aviation revenue including the billing and collection of rent and maintenance reserve receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and issuance of invoices for rental, maintenance reserves, and other charges.
Generate and present financial reports as required by management.
Work closely with internal teams to track and document customer account activities.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable and bank statements to maintain financial integrity.
Oversee the processing of incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording in financial systems.
Keep customer contact records up to date to facilitate effective communication.
Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and address invoicing concerns.
Experience & Qualifications:
Proficiency in handling financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
Previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance-related role, ideally within a fast-paced multinational environment or aviation sector.
Experience working with accounting software

Excellent communication skills
Highly numerate and with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to assist and support others and cope well under pressure
Compensation: A competitive compensation package, including base salary and performance-related bonus, will be offered based on experience.
