Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Newbridge
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (with potential for extension)
About the Project: Arcadis DPS have partnered with a brewery start-up in Newbridge. We are looking for a dynamic and organised Project Administrator to join the team and contribute to the successful execution of this venture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Running Meetings: Schedule, coordinate, and manage project meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
* Organising PPE Inductions: Coordinate and facilitate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inductions for all new and existing team members, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Arranging Social Events: Plan and organize team-building activities and social events to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Creating PowerPoint Packs for PMs: Develop comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and packs for Project Managers to support project updates and decision-making processes.
* Chasing Invoices & Payments: Track and follow up on invoices and payments to ensure timely processing and resolution.
* Accounts/Finance Assistance: Provide support in basic accounting and financial tasks, with a preference for candidates with some experience in this area.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Some experience in accounts/finance is an advantage.
Contract Details:
* Duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
* Start Date: ASAP
