We are currently seeking an eProcurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations for a group of hotels in Shannon, County Clare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement software.
* Act as super-user for the procurement system.
* Administer all configurations and troubleshoot issues.
* Prepare and present purchasing documents.
* Project manage the procurement process.
* Assist with tenders.
* Manage supplier arrangements with external suppliers.
* Prepare and present reports.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
* Experience using e-procurement software such as Procure Wizard.
