Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced contracting recruiter to join their Dublin division as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Their Recruitment Consultants are experts in their disciplines. In Dublin they work within the Technology, Projects & Change, Financial Services, Accountancy, Office Support, HR, Legal, Tax and Supply Chain areas.
A recruiter's role is exciting, busy and rewarding. Placing candidates into various roles, you will be in charge of the whole recruitment process. You'll be meeting and sourcing new clients by various sales and business development techniques and discovering their needs. You will also be sourcing candidates using various methods such as job portals and social media, scheduling interviews, referencing and negotiating on your candidate's behalf.
Your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
* Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
* Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
* Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
* Business development activity targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls, and quality calls
* Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in
* Preparing candidates and clients for interview
* Ensuring that all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service
* Completing all candidate and client information on database system
* Ensuring all information is kept up to date
What we are looking for
* 2-3 years contracting recruitment experience
* Proven experience of working in agency recruitment or in sales, but they are open to ambitious people with other backgrounds who are willing to learn.
* Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
* Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
* Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player
* Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
