About Your New Job as an Office Manager
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while also handling some finance and payroll responsibilities.
You will be the go-to person for all office-related tasks, working closely with leadership to maintain an efficient and well-organised workplace.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing office operations, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
* Managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
* Processing payroll and assisting with financial administration, including invoices and vendor payments.
* Coordinating onboarding for new employees and supporting HR with office procedures.
* Organising office events, meetings, and company-wide activities.
* Providing occasional PA/EA support to senior management.
This role is 70% office management and 30% finance-related, so while payroll and accounting experience is important, you do not need to be a full accountant.
Skills You Need for this Office Manager job
You will need:
* 4+ years of experience in an office management role.
* Experience handling payroll and financial administration.
* A self-motivated and proactive approachsomeone who can take initiative without a strict playbook.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work in a fast-growing company where flexibility is key.
Whats On Offer

* €45,000 - €60,000 (depending on experience and accounting experience).
