Responsibilities
:
1. Plan, execute, and complete the project within the set timeframes and budget.
2. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Coordinate and lead the project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards throughout the project.
6. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.
7. Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
8. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
9. Prepare and present regular progress reports and documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
10. Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
11. Implement and enforce on-site health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
12. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
13. Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale residential construction projects, particularly in urban environments.
14. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and industry best practices.
15. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project).
16. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
17. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
18. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
19. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
20. Valid Safe Pass and manual handling certificates.
Benifits
Salary for this Project Manager role is between €105,000 - €115,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
