Job Title: Advertising Account Coordinator with German
Contract Duration: 18 months contract
We are hiring for an Account Coordinator to support our client's Global Media Sales team in delivering top-notch client service and advertising optimizations. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ticket triaging, resolving escalations, and supporting various tasks across account management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Account Team, including Excel creation, reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
* Generate and manage client-facing reports and work with Ops teams for creative updates.
* Monitor and manage task requests via a ticketing system, ensuring swift troubleshooting and resolution.
* Provide optimization recommendations based on account health assessments.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance team efficiency and maintain quality standards.
* Stay informed on new product releases and reporting features.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Fluency in English and German
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (VLookups, pivot tables, data analysis).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Previous experience in digital media or customer service, and certification in advertising tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Microsoft Advertising Certification or similar qualifications.
* Experience with digital marketing ecosystems and ad tech tools.
