Site Manager Location:
Cork,
Ireland Project: 400-Unit Apartment Complex Project Duration: Initially 2+ Years (Current Phase) with Potential for 5+ Years on the
Same Site Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery of the project.
Coordinate and manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site-specific safety plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Report on progress, issues, and solutions to the project management team.
Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
Ensure the efficient allocation and use of resources, including materials and labour.
Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring timely availability.
Address and resolve any issues or delays affecting project timelines.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and third-party contractors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager (minimum 5 years), ideally in multi-storey residential or similar projects.
Experience managing RC frame and brick facade projects is preferred.
Valid CSCS or equivalent safety certification.
