Job Title: German Business Development Coordinator
Salary: €52,000 OTE + benefits
Location: Dublin City South *hybrid*
As a successful German Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with prospects/leads from current clients and past clients. You will be reaching out to understand their current client needs and matching their requirements with the right products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new leads in your geographic locations and ensure you activate old accounts by carrying out research, prospecting, and understanding their business models.
2. Manage key relationships and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients' needs by delving deep and understanding their business needs.
3. Work with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and analyzing data.
4. Communicate effectively with the sales team and external parties, managing via numerous channels.
5. Set up meetings for key players on the sales team once you engage with a new or old client.
6. Manage and maintain the in-house knowledge database.
7. Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers' experience.
8. Utilize strong networking skills.
9. Maintain a track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
10. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
11. Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
Experience
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.
2. Fluent in German & English.
3. Strong administration skills.
4. CRM proficiency experience is a plus.
5. High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach.
6. Sales training is preferred.
7. A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
8. Excellent telephone manner is essential.
9. A good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
10. Ability to build effective long-term relationships.
11. Able to develop positive business relationships and 'close' a sale.
12. Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
