The Role
OVERVIEWThis role assumes responsibility for integrating digital aspects of media campaign activityfor multiple client accounts. The role will also act as a point of contact for clients surroundingthe day-to-day account management activity. It requires the use of digital media planningtools such as DCM, AdWords, DBM, social media platforms, Amazon and all othercommonly used digital advertising platforms; as well as the effective management of themedia planning processes and excellent attention to detail and time management to ensurebest in class delivery on behalf of the media team for clients. It also requires strongcollaboration and communication with the wider organisation across the Central Teams toensure that delivery is to the highest standards. A strong working relationship withcolleagues, particularly across Search, Social and Programmatic teams in Investment is acrucial element of this role.Responsibilities / Key Performance Indictors (KPIs):The role of Digital Client Manager assumes the responsibility for digital media plandevelopment for all clients within their team, including the use of tools to power the mediaplanning process. This role is central to the efficient and effective running of the day-to-dayclient service including the ownership and actualisation of media plans, monitoring of POs,timely and accurate billing, creating presentations of competitor insights, ideation andworking with the team to deliver innovation. The Digital Client Manager will work closelywith Social, Search and Programmatic teams and will manage the delivery of digital aspectsof the media plan and will ensure that it is aligned with the overall media rationale.KPIs will include unbilled %, efficient resolution of media queries, and “Delivery”client service scores in the annual RADAR service review.
Your profile
Experience• 2-4 years’ digital media experience with proven track record.• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel andPowerPoint• Experience with 3rd party tracking (DoubleClick) would be preferable• Experience in managing large scale, complex media campaigns is essential• Previous experience with relevant marketing and digital media toolsPerson Specification• Be a confident communicator• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients• Display the ability to think creatively and innovatively• Very knowledgeable on all media with a particular expertise in digital• Possess good presentation skills – assist in presenting insights to clients• Good listener - ability to understand client’s objectives• Exceptional attention to detail• Understands the importance of upskilling• Can think on their feet to make the right decision quickly• Be responsive to requests• Highly organised individual that can manage multiple client projects and the overalldelivery of the work• Understands and appreciates the benefits of processes
