Talent Acquisition Specialist - 9 Month Contract
Cpl are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Galway based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and selecting talent for their sites in Ireland, requiring a minimum of three years relevant recruitment experience including experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
This is a hybrid role covering a maternity leave period with two days onsite per week required in Galway.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full cycle recruiting activities for the three Ireland sites and support strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs to achieve business needs.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and convert prospects over short, medium, and long terms through relationship building.
* Phone screen prospective employees prior to sharing with managers to ensure suitability for roles.
* Manage applicant tracking systems.
* Analyze data, insights, and trends for business cases, including competitor landscape analysis, and develop metrics to gauge success.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to create attractive offers securing top talent.
* Promote a positive candidate experience and provide regular communication to hiring managers on open positions and active candidates.
* Team player with a growth mindset willing to share expertise with or learn from fellow team members and wider colleagues.
* Establish professional trusting relationships with business partners.
Requirements
* A degree in a relevant field; a science or engineering background would be beneficial for this role.
* A minimum of three years relevant recruiting experience including experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Able to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently.
