Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring that our maintenance systems meet best practice and all compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Systems Coordination: Work with capital projects to implement maintenance systems, including equipment registrations, preventative maintenance & calibration routines, condition monitoring, spares on the CMMS, and engineering handover documentation.
2. Regulatory Inspection Programmes: Develop and manage regulatory inspection programmes, including pressure, lifting, and F-Gas systems.
3. SOP Development and Updates: Develop and update site SOPs as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Discipline or Equivalent Experience: A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline or demonstrated equivalent maintenance/facilities experience.
* CMMS Knowledge and Implementation: Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems (SAP & Procal) is essential for implementing systems.
* Maintenance/Facilities Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance/facilities environment, preferably in a manufacturing GMP environment.
* World Class Maintenance Practices: Good understanding of World Class Maintenance & Calibration practices and expectations, including condition monitoring strategies and technologies.
* Maintenance Systems and Work Practices: Knowledge of maintenance systems and work practices for both electrical/instrumentation and mechanical crafts.
* Technical Writing Skills: Good technical writing skills for PM and Calibration Routine development.
* Codes, Standards, and Practices: Knowledge of Irish, European, and International Codes, Standards, and Practices.
* Analytical Mindset and Attention to Detail: Analytical mindset, data driven with attention to detail on systems.
