As an Insurance Sales Agent, your main responsibility will be following up with clients who have shown interest in our insurance products. You’ll help turn those leads into sales by engaging in conversations, addressing client queries, and providing expert guidance. Full training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Follow-Up:
o Reach out to potential clients who have requested insurance quotes, nurturing their interest and guiding them towards purchasing a policy.
o Engage with clients to fully understand their needs and provide clear, helpful responses to any questions or concerns about the quote.
* Sales Conversion:
o Use persuasive communication techniques to close sales effectively and efficiently.
o Present various policy options and their benefits in a clear, customer-friendly way to help clients make informed decisions.
o Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Skills & Experience
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities, with the knack for engaging customers over the phone.
* Sales & Customer Service: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales or customer service, is an advantage.
* Self-Driven & Resilient: Motivated to achieve personal targets, able to handle rejection, and focused on results.
* Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
