About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to act as the primary liaison between construction, operations, and client teams.
This role requires excellent communication skills, solid engineering knowledge, and the ability to explain complex processes to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience on medium to large-scale construction projects and be able to build strong relationships with clients, professional teams, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a single point of contact for works impacting racks in a live data center during construction.
* Attend and lead project meetings to ensure clear communication and follow-up on actions.
* Monitor the performance of the professional team and contractors on behalf of the client, providing regular updates.
* Prepare quality and progress reports, advising the client on necessary decisions and securing required authorisations.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and engineering knowledge.
* Previous project management experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, professional teams, and contractors.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, location and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan and paid time off.
