The Role
We are seeking an experienced Leader to join our team as a People and Experience Leader. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for creating a high-performing team where diversity is embraced and every person feels valued and included.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Create a culture that encourages discussions, invites ideas and different perspectives to drive creativity and collaboration.
2. Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team members.
3. Develop and maintain key customer relationships using instore CRM tools.
4. Demonstrate expert market awareness and use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
5. Lead and deliver operational excellence with respect and consideration for people, product and the environment.
6. Contribute to decreasing Mulberry's carbon footprint and promoting a greener, more sustainable future.
7. Promote equity, empathy and understanding within internal and external communities.
