Your day to day tasks:
6. Governance Structure Development : Lead the review, design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s governance structure, ensuring robust policies and processes are in place.
7. Regulatory and Business Project Management : Assist in the management and delivery of new business projects and regulatory change initiatives, contributing to the company’s strategic growth.
8. Change Management Monitoring : Take charge of monitoring proposals through the change management process, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and compliance with regulations.
9. Board Activities Support : Work closely with the Head of Governance and the Company Secretarial function to support key board activities, enhancing governance practices at the highest level.
10. Strategic Contribution : Contribute to the company’s business plan and strategy, playing a crucial role in its continued success and alignment with strategic objectives.
Who the Right Person for the Role Is:
11. Experienced and Knowledgeable : Holds a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the investment and capital markets industry and relevant legal policies and regulations.
12. Must be currently based in ireland with an Irish/European passport or Stamp 4g visa - no exceptions for this role.
