The Role:
Provide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors.
Provide assistance to our customers through theprotectionprocess from submission to inception.
Data entry.
Managing client queries.
Managing pipeline.
General administration duties.
Manage follow-up via phone calls and emails.
About You:
At least 1+ years' experience in an administration role dealing withprotection submission and application documents Experience dealing with multiple providers submission process is desirable The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking.
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis.
