Do you want to join an IT team that supports a well-established organisation with a unique industry focus?
You'll be part of a small but busy IT helpdesk, providing technical support to around 250 users across multiple locations. The role covers a mix of system administration, network support, and troubleshooting across a range of hardware and software.
Specifically, you'll work with Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, VMware, Windows Server, and endpoint management. You'll also assist with IT security, system patching, and business continuity planning. Some travel between locations and out-of-hours support will be required.
What you need:
* 1-2 years of IT support experience
* Good knowledge of Windows environments, end user & Windows Server
* 365 admin experience
* Some familiarity with VMware
* Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN)
Location:
Hybrid working with travel to sites as needed.
You must hold working rights within Ireland, EU/UK Passport or Stamp 4 is required.
