As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead the delivery of forecasting and analysis of FX impact on GE Healthcare financial performance through developing best-in-class IT solutions and a business partnering approach with the wider business to drive process improvements.

Job Description
Responsibilities
* Drive simplification & digitization initiatives across treasury functions, leading the development of new FX reporting and planning tools and processes.
* Build and develop the hedge reporting to allow effective hedge management and execution.
* Work with regional and product finance teams to drive understanding of FX impact on results and drive improvements in forecasting to optimize FX planning.
* Provide FX commercial finance support to pricing & Healthcare financial services teams as required.
* Ensure timely & accurate quarterly/yearly closing FX processes.
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
* Several years of Finance/FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
* Proven financial systems skills with experience in system development preferable.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
* Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently.
* Ability to manage and prioritize tasks with a flexible attitude.
* Effective communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work across functions at all levels within the organization.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Commitment to process execution and improvement.
* Excellent teamwork skills; collaborative approach with peers and team members.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
