Our client, a leading Irish insurance company, is looking to recruit a People Governance Co-Ordinator for their central Dublin office. The People Governance Co-Ordinator will work with the People Governance and Data Specialist to support compliance processes and mitigate risk.
About Your New Job
* Maintaining and updating documentation related to the Individual Accountability Framework.
* Monitoring employee adherence to the framework and supporting fitness and probity requirements.
* Supporting GDPR compliance, including data collection, storage, processing, and managing records.
* Assisting with internal audits and operational risk assessments.
What the Client is Looking For
* Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal, or related field.
* Previous experience in a regulatory environment or in insurance or financial services is advantageous.
