Our team of highly skilled and collaborative engineers are experts in the manufacture of gears and precision machined components for sectors including Energy, Fiber Optics, Food & Beverage, Construction and Industrial Machinery Manufacturers.
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CNC Machinist/Programmer to operate and program CNC Lathes (Doosan / Fanuc controls) and CNC Mills (Hurco).
As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet tight tolerances and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (lathes and mills) to produce precision machined parts.
Read and interpret technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
Adjust machine settings and tooling to meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools.
Troubleshoot machining problems and adjust programs or machines as needed.
Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure efficient production processes.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist and Programmer.
Proficient in CNC programming.
Strong knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills (Optional): Experience with manual lathes & mills (not essential for this role)
