Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced Business Development professional who is eager to promote the strategic growth and to shape the future of a world which leverages cloud computing.
You will engage with TM's CXO/VP level strategically as well as closely collaborate with software developers, IT infrastructure, software designers, architects, data scientists, product development and R&D for AWS Cloud and AI/ML adoption.
You must also be a self-starter and strategic thinker who is able to initiate and scale up business development and accelerate business progress by enabling the diverse strategic engagements with different key stakeholders in enterprises with a strong execution capability and fear-free to think out of box to find the innovative approach for helping our customers to handle the business and technical challenges.
Key job responsibilitiesManage and develop a specific territory of strategic named accounts - containing a mix of existing enterprise customers and net new prospectsDevelop and execute against a comprehensive territory plan to speed up business development and deepen the strategic cooperation foundation with enterprise customersInfluence customer adoption, through consultative selling, thought leadership, executive relationship development and sell-in of professional services from customer's perspectiveWork with AWS partners to extend reach & drive adoptionMaintain and deliver results against a set of defined revenue and non-revenue targets by obsessing our customers to support them for reaching the successIn a short, you are not only focusing on Business Development to achieve the defined business KPIs but also acting as a Customer Ambassador to assure their success by adopting the right AWS solutions to solve their business and technical pain-points and to drive their business competitiveness.

Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Knowledge of software development practices and data center/infrastructure/networking technologies
- Strong verbal and written communications/presentation skills in Mandarin and English
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
- Experience selling solutions to Enterprise customers.
- MNC working experience with the experience for dealing with international business development and good at the HQ/Regional/Local office cross-territory communication
