Our Role

Key Accountabilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert advice on mortgage journeys, leveraging AIB's products, tools, and services.
* Showcase agility and flexibility to meet customer needs at their preferred time and place.
* Drive business performance through drawdown numbers, new business written, and conversion rates.
* Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and lead activity to deliver business performance.
* Maintain high standards in writing mortgage business aligned with Mortgage Business Approver requirements.
* Ensure adherence to relevant bank policies, procedures, AIB standards of credit management, and operational risk management.
What You Will Bring
* QFA qualification (or commitment to becoming fully accredited within 12-18 months)
* Minimum 12 months experience in mortgage advice or assessment
* Consistent delivery of exceptional service to customers
* Proven results against agreed targets
