Job Title:
Leinster Appointments is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to fill a permanent, full-time role in Dublin 12. The successful candidate will be based in our office and work closely with the Sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and process customer queries and responses effectively
* Review and verify sales orders and deals within the system
* Process stock distribution inquiries and provide timely updates to the Sales team
* Conduct monthly invoicing and sales analysis
* Coordinate registrations with Revenue and maintain regular communication with other departments
* Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth department operations
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer service/sales administration role for at least 2 years
* Proficiency in office applications and ability to learn new software systems
* Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Bonus: prior experience in the motor trade would be beneficial
