Senior Owned Executive Role Summary
The Senior Owned Executive will provide a wide range of support services, including communications, analysis, relationship building, and departmental organization. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of third-party service providers to stores. The executive will also provide support to the retail operations director, area managers, and communicate with retail store teams as needed.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Prepare weekly and monthly store communication documents.
* Produce monthly KPI reports across dispensary and front-of-shop areas, summarizing the findings for the Operation Manager.
* Collate meeting packs and director packs.
* Work with area managers and operations manager to ensure that all owned group pharmacies have sufficient documentation, toolkits, and analysis.
* Maintain store back-office files.
* Collate and resolve queries and feedback from all owned group pharmacies.
* Manage a team of administrators for owned group pharmacies.
* Negotiate and secure best-in-class deals for required providers/suppliers within retail operations.
* Support Area managers with administrative tasks.
* Update and maintain policies and procedures.
* Use third-party reporting tools to gather sales analysis for trading meetings.
* Conduct store visits and compliance assessments.
* Assist with all store operations projects.
* Collaborate with the commercial department to deliver effective communication to stores.
* Provide feedback from stores to all head office departments.
* Perform ad-hoc operational activities.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:
* A minimum of 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a store management role.
* A minimum of 1 year of administrative or office experience.
* Strong people and influencing skills.
* A proven track record of sales growth and business development.
* Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Flexibility, motivation, and a strong work ethic are essential.
