A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Dublin. This role offers exposure to some of the most complex and prestigious developments in Ireland, working with prominent developers, investors, and financiers.
The Role
As a Construction Solicitor, you will advise clients on all aspects of construction and engineering projects, from initial procurement strategy to project completion. You will have the opportunity to work on high-value projects across a variety of sectors, including data centres, commercial offices, corporate headquarters, energy projects, infrastructure, and specialised facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on complex construction and engineering projects, including the drafting and negotiation of EPC contracts and other major agreements.
* Providing strategic procurement advice to facilitate fast-paced development and manage interface issues effectively.
* Assisting clients with construction regulatory requirements and project finance.
* Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring cohesion and efficiency in project delivery.
The Person
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Qualified solicitor with NQ to 5 years PQE in construction law
* Experience in advising on construction and engineering projects
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to construction and development in Ireland.
* Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* A collaborative approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
