The Role:
As Sales Account Manager you will be a key part of the sales operations team, you will primarily be responsible for developing/expanding existing client accounts as well the sourcing of new clients & business opportunities.
Responsibilities to include:
Provide pricing/quotations for clients, analyse their specific needs, research & report on competitor offerings & market trends, assist on branding/marketing initiatives & deliver on your individual sales/KPI targets as set by management.
Responsible for managing incoming inquiries, qualifying, and nurturing leads, and creating detailed project briefs.
Overseeing the transition of opportunities through the quoting phase and aim to convert them into confirmed sales or active jobs.
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and warehousing, to ensure seamless project execution.
Take ownership of issue resolution, proactively addressing challenges, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Skills & Experience that we need: 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline.2-3+ years' experience in a similar sales & account management role.
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with corporate clients at all levels of seniority.
Proven ability to self-manage & take ownership of sales projects.
The Offer:
This is a full time/permanent position with competitive base salary, and OTE potential depending on experience/qualifications.
This will be a hybrid work environment with 2-3 days per week based in the company's office in Nenagh Co.
Tipperary with 2 days per week work from home.
