Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
3. Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, logistics, and showroom activities.
4. Oversee vehicle procurement, pricing, and market competitiveness.
5. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
6. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
10. Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports for senior management.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 8 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
2. Proven management experience, including team leadership and strategic planning.
3. Deep understanding of the Irish automobile market and customer behavior.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
7. Local citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
