Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Office Admin Receptionist for our bridal store in Blarney, Co.Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service and Reception:
* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to emails promptly.
* Provide general information about the store’s services, policies, and bridal gown collection.
* Manage walk-ins, coordinate client check-ins, and assist with appointment scheduling
* Administrative Support:
* Handle daily administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and organising client records.
* Maintain the store's appointment calendar and confirm appointments with clients.
* Assist with client paperwork, contracts, and payment processing.
* Prepare and manage documentation related to bridal orders and fittings.
* Sales Assistance:
* Provide support to bridal consultants and assist with client requests during appointments.
* Help clients with general inquiries and guide them to appropriate staff for detailed consultations.
* Support the sales team with follow-up calls, tracking orders, and providing updates to clients.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a receptionist, office admin, or customer service role (bridal or retail experience is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with an eye for detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable with scheduling software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude, patience, and empathy, especially when assisting brides and guests.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 28 per week
Schedule:
* No weekends
