We're looking for a brand marketer to drive in-market growth for our Nordic market. You'll work with the Senior International Marketing Manager and with the NYC-based marketing team to plan and execute the localised in-market strategy including brand partnerships, influencer, events, CRM, PR and paid media efforts.
You will have demonstrated success in a digital brand marketing role and have knowledge of holistic marketing from assisting in the executional management across multiple marketing channels. You will liaise with both the International and HQ teams and will be integral within the organisation and in shaping the future of Squarespace internationally.
You will report to the EU Marketing Director, and can be remote or hybrid in our London or Amsterdam office/co-working spaces.
You'll Get To…
1. Help build Squarespace's cultural relevance through the executional management of partnerships, influencer, events, PR and paid media initiatives
2. Help drive growth and influence across all Nordic KPIs: customers, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention
3. Partner with cross-functional teams, including GTM, Media, CRM, Product, Communications and Marketing Insights to ensure optimisation across channels
4. Assist in managing in-market agencies
5. Identify & facilitate outreach and communication with brand & media partners, followed by managing execution
6. Create internal presentations for all active marketing initiatives, whilst monitoring and tracking the progress and performance
7. Master the use of internal Squarespace tools for project, performance and finance management
8. Draft agreements to ensure proper usage for all brand marketing activity
9. Maintain consistent knowledge of market macro, cultural and media trends, and new customers
10. Assemble relevant, well-thought out brand marketing opportunities in response to Nordic KPIs.
What We're Looking For
1. 5 years of brand marketing experience, in consumer tech or a related industry
2. 2 years of Nordic specific marketing experience
3. Experience across both digital and traditional marketing channels
4. Understanding of localisation and how cultural perspectives influence in-market plans
5. An eye for great brand partner opportunities, with the ability to stay on the pulse of culture, news, media, design, influencers, tech and trends
6. Ability to maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally within the organisation
7. Able to work autonomously whilst having the confidence and knowledge of when to ask the important questions
8. Native or Proficient Swedish speaker
