Order placements for new products material and management of deliveries.Lead the subcontract element in conjunction with the subcontract team of any new supply chain development and support the internal subcontract reviewsContinuous tracking of supplier performance, data processing and supplier services, implementation of corrective actions in case of deviationsReview and renewal of contracts (where appropriate) due to total cost of ownership (TCO)Review, support and lead where required the Indirect Procurement covering areas such as Sustainability, Engineering, Capitol and Consumables, working closely with the relevant team in negotiations and contract implementation.Identify and handle risks, identifying mitigation plans and updates risk register. Ongoing support within the Cork Procurement organization and to other site procurement teamsSupport the evaluation of new suppliers by collection and administration of supplier evaluations information and handle all pre-audit of new suppliersOrganization of joint meetings to identify further potential savings around TCOEstablish the appropriate robust supply chain to meet the need of all new products and maintain good collaboration and relationships with suppliers.Ongoing monitoring of supplier services through evaluation and audit plans; Implementation of supplier auditsOrganization of cross-functional actions to improve performance and cost reductionIdentification of possibilities for improvement in contracts and renegotiationsMinimum level of Education:Diploma in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent requiredPreferred level of Education:Degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent Purchasing qualification
