Job Title: Contract Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Contract Coordinator will serve as the Contracting Entity's representative in managing the Infrastructure Department's contractual obligations. This role requires adherence to framework agreements and Work Orders under various programs. The successful candidate will liaise with relevant parties to ensure contractual compliance and support the achievement of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with contract management standards and terms.
* Implement agreed-upon contract management strategies.
* Conduct performance evaluations for Contractors and Consultants.
* Administer early warning processes and maintain registers.
* Review compensation event applications and assessments.
* Provide contract administration advice to project managers.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in effective contract administration using NEC contracts.
* Knowledge of monitoring Contractor and Consultant performance.
* Experience in claims management, Incentive Schedules, and NEC/FIDIC contracts.
* Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and possess strong analytical skills.
Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
