A busy and expanding Solicitor Practice in Dublin 7 is seeking a dedicated and efficient Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our solicitors and support staff, managing a varied and interesting caseload.
Key Responsibilities: Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
Organize and maintain diaries and schedules.
Perform general administrative tasks such as dictaphone typing, scanning, and filing.
Prepare legal documents and briefs.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients, maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships.
Required Skills and Experience: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in typing with a strong command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Training: In-office training will be provided on the Case Management System and other relevant aspects of the role.
