Job Description:
The Social Care Leader Childrens Residential Services Contract is a full-time, permanent position requiring 39 hours of work. The salary ranges from €54,157 to €63,245 per year, including competitive premium rates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead residential care services for young people aged 11-17
* Develop and implement personalized support plans to aid independence and adulthood
* Collaborate with the team to provide short-term transitional care
Requirements:
* Level 7/8 qualification in Applied Social Care
* Flexibility to work a residential roster
* Minimum three years of experience in Children & Families Services or a similar environment
* Valid driver's license and access to a car
