Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, is now looking for a dedicated Meetings & Events Porter to join our growing team.
As a Meetings & Events Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our conference and meeting spaces.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
1. Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms according to client specifications.
2. Assisting with the movement of audio-visual equipment and furniture.
3. Maintaining a clean and organised environment for all events.
4. Providing excellent customer service to event organisers, attendees, and hotel team members.
5. Maintaining the appearance of the spaces which are shared between M&E and public areas.
We're looking for someone who:
1. Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
2. Possesses excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
3. Is a team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
4. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
