We are looking for a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Clients team for a 6-month rolling contract. In this role as a SDM you would be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients or customers, ensuring that services meet agreed-upon standards, timelines, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring that services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the service level agreements and contractual terms.
2. Overseeing the resolution of service issues, managing escalations, and ensuring that incidents are handled efficiently and effectively.
3. Identifying opportunities for service improvement and efficiency gains, driving process enhancements, and ensuring that services evolve with changing client needs and technological advancements.
4. Ensuring that the necessary resources, both human and technological, are available to meet the service requirements.
5. Identifying potential risks to service delivery and developing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager role or similar service management positions, ideally within IT, healthcare, insurance, or telecommunications sectors.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle service escalations and resolve issues promptly.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment.
5. A proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on driving service excellence.
