Strategic Executive Coordinator / Assistant required with 5 years plus experience in executive support, operations and business administration for a Sligo based company.
Our client is recruiting for a Strategic Executive Coordinator who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations while driving efficiency and execution. This role is designed to evolve into a senior operations position, making it an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional with leadership aspirations.
Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Coordination:
o Act as a trusted partner to senior executives, managing schedules, priorities, and correspondence.
o Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points.
o Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
o Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
2. Operational & Strategic Support:
o Assist in managing operational projects and business initiatives.
o Analyse and optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
o Support decision-making with research, data analysis, and reporting.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
3. Leadership & Growth Development:
o Take on increasing responsibilities in operations and business management.
o Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or business administration.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
