Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Office & People & Culture Administrator, you will be based at our Dublin HQ but responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Dublin, Waterford and UK offices. You will provide effective administrative support to our global team and will have varying responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. You will bring enthusiasm to the office and offer up new ideas. Office AdministrationSupport the CEO when required, including preparing documentation and following up on company procedures.Assist with the day-to-day operation of our offices including being the main point of contact for some suppliers.Coordinate company events, celebrations, lunches, meetings and learning opportunities.Oversee management of day-to-day facilities, administration requirements, and general office management.Manage the travel arrangements and coordination for the management team and others as required.Prepare papers, agendas and other relevant materials for teams/attendees prior to key meetings. Organise internal and external meetings and events and all related logistics.Other Admin tasks as necessary People & Culture Administration:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Responsible for People & Culture filing processes.Coordinate People & Culture Onboarding packs.Ordering of staff gifts e.g. birthdays, wedding presents, gift vouchers.Manage all staff requests regarding Bike to work Scheme and letters.Assist with Event Management when required, including room bookings. To be considered for this position you will Have a minimum of 2-3 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.Be proficient in Microsoft Office.Have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work on different tasks at the same time.Have a positive approach to work and willingness to be part of a dynamic team.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have exceptional organization and attention to detail.Have experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management, travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings and events.
