Capability Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to capability management, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate capability development into talent management processes, such as performance management and succession planning.
* Manage and maintain the organization's roadmap of IT talents, trends, and skills requirements based on current and future group strategies.
* 5+ years' experience in the tech sector, preferably with advanced data analysis and presentation skills.
* Workforce planning, defining, and developing a group-wide strategy, with a background in organization design and talent management.
* Exceptional resilience, communication, and problem-solving qualities are required.
