Reception Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Operations Coordinator to join our team at {company}, a leading architectural firm based in Dublin City South. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality redevelopment projects across Ireland, while preserving natural environments and supporting the rejuvenation of some of the country's most well-known landmarks.
About the Role:
* Manage all front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and managing inbound communications (calls, emails, etc.)
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Senior Management and team members
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them
* Perform administrative duties, including filing and database management
* Prepare presentations, reports, and other high-level documents
* Manage office facilities, supplies, vendors, maintenance, and repairs
* Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and the general public
* Assist with coordinating company events and activities
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in a reception or administrative role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* A professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional service
