Deputy General Manager
A senior hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is sought after to oversee all hotel operations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage at The Marine Hotel Ballycastle.

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Management: Deputise in the absence of the General Manager and lead the team to achieve operational excellence.
* Operational Oversight: Manage all daily hotel operations within budget and to the highest standards.
* Guest Experience: Maintain outstanding levels of internal and external customer service, responding proactively to guest needs, complaints, and reviews.
* Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop an engaged and high-performing F&B team.
* Financial Responsibility: Forecast, plan, and manage F&B orders, staffing, and budgets to achieve financial targets.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all statutory and company H&S regulations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, events, and reception teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Event Management: Oversee multiple events within the property, utilising trained personnel effectively.
Requirements
* Strong leadership and delegation skills.
* Proven experience in food & beverage management.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Bizimply, Resdiary, and POS systems.
* Ability to resolve problems efficiently and proactively.
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
* Experience in complaint handling, conflict resolution, and staff development.
