Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at The Curragower in Limerick. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. The Sous Chef will also help with menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

* Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
* Experience in menu planning and kitchen operations
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
* Teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Creative and innovative approach to cooking
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
* Culinary degree or certification is a plus
