Our client, one of Ireland's most successful property developers, is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team. This role is responsible for the Accounts Payable lifecycle management of the firm's entities.
Responsibilities:
1. Matching orders/deliveries and purchase orders to invoices for approval
2. Sending invoices for approval and chasing approvals when required
3. Processing monthly payment runs from the system and sending for approval
4. RCT - ROS checking and payment deduction
5. Bank reconciliations
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role
2. Assisting the finance team with other finance tasks where possible
3. Excellent numeric and analytical skills, with attentiveness to detail
4. Good understanding of IT systems and MS Office Suite
5. Previous sector experience advantageous
