Job Description

As a Line Manager within Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, you will play a crucial role in leading the team at our Macroom Supply Point.


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Shift Team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of product quality, integrity, and hygiene.
* Ensure the safe working practices and conduct of the team, contractors, and visitors.
* Maintain positive working relationships and ensure effective communication at all levels.
* Drive initiatives to maximise employee contribution and drive improvements in product quality and process efficiencies.


Requirements:

* 1+ years experience in a management/supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry.
* Third level qualification in a related field.
* SAP/MES/Scada experience an advantage.
* A strong understanding of Microsoft Office is required.
