Job Title: Project Implementation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Implementation Manager to join our client's innovative team in Tralee.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of software solutions across the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. This involves collaborating with clients and our sales team to establish project scope and requirements.
Once project deliverables are agreed, you will take full ownership of product development and delivery, ensuring timely completion within set parameters.
Responsibilities:
* Establish Project Scope: Gather requirements from clients in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors.
* Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, report on progress, and identify issues for escalation to management as needed.
* Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
* Quality Assurance: Test final solutions for quality and prepare user training materials.
Requirements:
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to run effective stakeholder meetings and project reviews.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
* Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to clients for onsite meetings and training, with a valid driving license.
* Desirable Qualifications: Degree-level education, project management experience, knowledge of project management tools and software, PMI/Prince certification, and competence with MS Office products.
