You support key account teams on a wide variety of activities to meet our strategic growth plan.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities.
2. Negotiate with applicable account representatives to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers.
3. Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management, and national sales programs.
4. Monitor and report category/customer sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
5. Work closely with the Meals Category development and Marketing teams to influence and shape range reviews for key customers.
6. Ensure stock deployment to deliver business and customer priorities including risk stock management via a weekly call with UK DP.
7. Work with supply chain to ensure waste highlighted on S&OE calls is cleared through Foodcloud.
8. Provide sales support for the sales manager for all customers, with primary accountability for Excellence Foods (AFH & IC). Share weekly AFH forecast with production.
