Quantity Surveyor (Senior)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Meath, Republic of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects across Leinster.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for projects.
* Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any technical or contractual issues.
* Analyze and interpret contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays on site.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Strong commercial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

* Intermediate QS position for the Leinster region, working on projects up to €15m.
* Estimator role based in Head Office, supporting the senior team.
