Medical Administrator Role
A medical administrator is needed for a 3-month contract in the Cork city suburbs.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with internal medical team members.
* Manage a high volume of emails and respond to queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Upload documents to the database and update patient files efficiently.
* Schedule and manage appointments for patients.
* Provide administrative support to the medical team, including minute taking.
* Process high volumes of application forms accurately and promptly.
* Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by adhering to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a hospital setting or GP practice is desirable.
* Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar IT software are essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication etiquette is required.
* An organised and detailed-oriented individual who can work on a broad range of tasks in a busy administrative environment is ideal.
