**Job Title:** Export Manager
We are seeking a passionate and driven Export Manager to manage and expand key international accounts, identify new market opportunities, and ensure growth targets are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Grow International Distributors: Select and professionally manage distributors, ensuring alignment with strict quality and partnership criteria.
2. Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both new and existing markets.
3. Negotiate Distributor Agreements: Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, including onboarding, renewal, and termination decisions.
4. Lead Export-Related NPD Projects: Lead export-related NPD projects alongside marketing, insights, and innovation teams.
5. Manage Sales Forecasting and Demand Planning: Manage sales forecasting and demand planning for export markets.
Requirements:
* Full, clean driving license.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
* European language skills a plus (German preferred but not essential).
* At least 2 years experience in export sales.
