Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at ORourke Office Solutions, you will play a crucial role in helping to drive business growth, generate leads, and increase the visibility of our brand.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
The position offers flexibility to work from either our Ballinamore or Cavan office.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in eCommerce, although this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships to secure sales and meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and follow-ups.
Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers.
Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, social, and traditional channels.
Manage the companys website, social media platforms, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data and insights.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop promotional materials.
eCommerce (Preferred but not essential): Support eCommerce initiatives, including product listings, online promotions, and website updates.
Track online sales, analyze consumer behavior, and identify opportunities to increase conversions.
Customer Support: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and assist with order fulfillment when necessary.
Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably within a B2B environment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
A good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Some experience with eCommerce (preferred but not essential).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and the desire to learn and grow in the role.
